Making a purchase

Just browse through our catalogue, and click on any items you wish to buy and “ADD” to the order form. After you have finished your selection, click on “CHECKOUT” and you will be directed to the summary order form. For any items which require personalization of name, please provide the name and select the font from the dropdown bar. Kindly provide all the required information requested before we can satisfy your order. We will contact you via email to confirm the order.


We will do our best to ensure that all the product contents are in good condition before they are delivered. In case an item is out of stock, we will let you know as soon as possible. You will be given the opportunity to cancel that particular order or choose an alternative item. If, for any reason, we no longer carry the product, we will offer you an exchange or a refund.


Delivery will be made via SingPost Registered Mail or a courier. We do not ship internationally at the moment. For any enquiries, please email enquiries@twinkleville.com

Unless otherwise stated, orders will be dispatched 10 business days after order is confirmed via email. Please also allow approximately 2 to 3 business days from the date of dispatch. If you wish for your goods to be delivered sooner, please contact us to arrange for a courier service. There may be additional charge for this service.

During festive season or special days such as Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Teacher’s Day or Children’s Day, our lead times will increase. If you need to receive your order by a specific date, we are happy to work with you. Please contact us when you place your order to ensure your items arrive on time. Lost in transit goods cannot be replaced until an investigation has been completed by SingPost or the courier service used to deliver those goods.

Return Policy

Once the goods have been sent for personalization, there will be no cancellations.
Returns on personalized goods will also not be allowed as the name is customized just for you. While every effort is made that all goods dispatched are in perfect order, Twinkle Ville cannot take any responsibility for goods lost or damaged in transit. If damaged goods are received, please contact us within 5 business days and return the goods with labels & packaging.


We accept cash and bank transfer for the moment only.
