Shipping & Delivery

Delivery will be made via SingPost Registered Mail or a courier. We do not ship internationally at the moment. For any enquiries, please email enquiries@twinkleville.com

Unless otherwise stated, orders will be dispatched 10 business days after order is confirmed via email. Please also allow approximately 2 to 3 business days from the date of dispatch. If you wish for your goods to be delivered sooner, please contact us to arrange for a courier service. There may be additional charge for this service.

During festive season or special days such as Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Teacher’s Day or Children’s Day, our lead times will increase. If you need to receive your order by a specific date, we are happy to work with you. Please contact us when you place your order to ensure your items arrive on time.

Lost in transit goods cannot be replaced until an investigation has been completed by SingPost or the courier service used to deliver those goods.
